Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy is the therapeutic use of concentrated plant essences. The natural chemical compositions of the essential oils have been shown through research to possess therapeutic benefit such as being stimulants, anti-inflammatory, anti-infectious, anti-spasmodic, analgesic and relaxants.                                                
Aromatherapy massage is the combination of therapeutic massage and application of a blend of essential oils. Oils are chosen to address the needs of the individual as a whole: mind, body and spirit. The depth and sequence of the massage is also tailored to their individual needs.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage uses slow, firm strokes and pressure to help ease and release tension deep in your muscles. Commonly used to treat chronic aches and pains, this is an intense but effective treatment.

Deep Tissue Massage is actually a blanket term, describing a number of therapeutic techniques and styles, such as trigger point work, myofacial release and lymphatic drainage.

Hopi Ear Candling 

Hopi ear candling is an ancient therapy, using a specially designed hollow candle (generally made from cotton, honey and beeswax and infused with anti-inflammatory oils such as chamomile, lavender and sage), and acts as a chimney, causing the warm air inside to rise, creating a vacuum, facilitating the gentle ease of tension and removing impurities. 

Great for sufferers of ear, eye and sinus problems, as well as those who experience neuralgia and headaches and migraines.
Indian Head Massage
Despite the name, Indian Head Massage not only works on the head, but also the neck, shoulders and arms too.

Indian Head Massage comes from the Ayurvedic system of working, using a range of masssage techniques to encourage healing and restore balance in the body. It can often be beneficial in improving sleep routine, a release of tension in your scalp, face, neck, shoulders, chest and arms, and can be very soothing and relaxing.

Pregnancy Massage
Designed to ease stress and relieve any aches and pains in the body during pregnancy, this treatment can help to relax and prepare expectant Mums for labour.

Pregnancy Massage is a gentle therapy, involving light, rhythmic techniques, tailored to the woman's needs and the current stage of pregnancy. Typically added pillows/bolsters/blankets will be used to support comfort throughout treatment.

Reflexology is a popular complementary therapy that focuses mainly on your feet, although this can also be done on the hands, face or even on the ear. Reflexology helps your body heal itself, removes tension and brings balance to your body and mind. It’s gentle and non-invasive.

Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is designed to improve circulation, soothe muscles and improve relaxation. It uses five main techniques; stroking and gliding, kneading, rubbing, tapping or pounding and vibration.

This form of massage helps to stimulate the skin and nervous system, and exercises the ligaments and tendons to help keep them supple. The process can be incredibly relaxing, and is championed for its ability to reduce both emotional and physical stress.
